Arrived late at night so 24 hour reception was essential. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean. TV easy to use with a good spread of Australian channels. They looked after my suitcase after check out so that I could walk around a bit.

Breakfast was great. Loved the idea of the juicer. Was a bit busier on the Sunday than the Saturday, but still had plenty of food and tasted good

We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a king bed but thought the room was going to be bigger. However, still enough and very comfortable. We had breakfast which was cooked well and had a lot of variety. Being near the Convention Centre meant an easy alternative for parking and easy access to our desired location (the C Restaurant) as well as the city centre and Swan River. We used the pool which was nice and refreshing, and not crowded.

location amazing. Food absolutely delicious - freshest oysters and best cooked fillet! Rooftop pool the perfect temperature and the perfect way to start / end each day. Staff wonderful, helpful, professional, friendly.

Our room was lovely and exceeded expectations. The Hilton was fully booked so check in was busy but the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel was walking distance to our awards ceremony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was spacious and quiet, as requested. Upon arrival, Olivia managed to sort Valet Parking for us, this was a nice surprise, as not included in the price. I think this was because we are Hilton Honors members, and the car parking area was under-used at the time. Top marks, Olivia! Manager Jeremy sorted a pricing/booking issue very skillfully and diplomatically, many thanks Jeremy! The chap who did the Valet parking was most helpful.

The room was lovely, everything we were expecting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the doorman, Darren. Check in was easy and the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to securely leave our bags with them prior to check in so we could explore the city more comfortably. The buffet breakfast was great, a nice selection of foods and a very easy to use coffee machine. We had a great stay, and will happily be booking again in the future.
